Our adults programme gives you the chance to train without the distraction of our younger members.
All activities will be adapted to take into consideration any disabilities you have so that dodgy knee is just a distraction and not a barrier to achieving your goals.
The adults class has students in their 70’s who train regularly and keeps both their bodies and minds young.

We have only had 2 sessions here and have signed up for my son to continue on the 1st lesson he was very nervous and shy. Ty did a great job by holding his hand and making him feel welcome and within 5 minutes was out of his shell and the 2nd time he wasn’t nervous at all even with a different teacher in Nicky and she was amazing too in fact every member of staff we have seen are very friendly and welcoming it has a great family feeling. All I get asked now is it time for karate I have a feeling this is going to work wonders for my sons self confidence and gaining great knowledge of what is an art form
