Sensei Pete Durow has been practicing Martial Arts for over 40 years. He has achieved his 3rd Dan and at over 70 years of age has no intention of slowing down anytime soon.
Loved by all the students he has the patience of a saint and will often spend time with our newest members on a one to one putting them at ease and showing them their first moves.
However many a senior grade will be found asking him “how do I do this Sensei” or “what’s next Sensei” because his wealth on knowledge is amazing and he’s always so willing to share.
Absolutely outstanding club, so friendly to all my son absolutely loves his kickboxing group!, highly recommended to anyone

Absolutely love these classes. Joined to improve my general fitness but am now grading. Everyone is so welcoming and there are lots of classes on different days so easy to find one that fits around work/kids etc. I look forward to going every week!

My daughter has been going to sengoko for 3 months and the change in her as been massive before starting she spent most of her time in her room alone. now she is doing 5 class a week making friends and learning new skills she is a lot more confident with her self and loving life. Thank you to all the staff for helping daisy to feel like she fits in and putting a smile on her face. xx p.s this club is amazing
